The main objective of Thacker Volunteer Management Services (TVMS) is providing training on topics related to volunteer engagement through scheduled workshops. Topics include volunteer recruitment, volunteer retentions, volunteer recognition, volunteer screening and risk management. TVMS provides consultative services for not-for-profit agencies and community organizations to help them maximize the benefits they draw from their volunteer program. TVMS is dedicated to achieving program efficiency and effectiveness.
